Winter beach walks

There's something so perfect about going to the beach in the winter time. The cold crisp air when you are wrapped up nice and cosy in a big snugly coat with your winter woollies on. Then there's the sea, that smell you can't really describe but once you've smelt it you will never forget it and every time you are by the sea, you just know. Those fresh smells that just make it so easy to breathe and make you feel grounded. I honestly think there's nothing better than going for a walk on the beach to clear your mind and make you feel refreshed and what makes it even better is when you are with the people you love.

It was a Saturday afternoon and everyone was off work so we decided to go for a stroll around Hornsea. Obviously we had to collect some pebbles from the beach because if you haven't searched the beach for the prettiest pebble, did you really go to the seaside? We played with willow and had a run around, took in the beautiful sights. Then we decided to go to the amusements because we are all still massive kids... then it was off to the car to go get some good old British fish and chips from Whiteheads (best chippy ever), Which was a great end to a lovely day.
What is your favourite thing about the seaside?
